Payment

PayPal is the only method of payment on our online shop.
If you would prefer to pay by Credit/Debit Card, please email us to arrange, at opal-moon@hotmail.co.uk, or alternatively call us at the shop, on 0141 576 0113.

Postage and packing

Our P&P charge is a flat rate of £4.95 for any amount of items. This is automatically added at checkout.

We reuse as much of our packaging as we can from orders we have received from our suppliers, so you will generally find that your order arrives with some pre-loved packaging! We ask that you continue this chain of reusing whatever you can, and recycling the rest.

Delivery

Orders are sent by Royal Mail, usually posted between one to three days from placing of order. If you require your order to be sent in another way, please contact us. Sorry, but we only post orders to within the United Kingdom.

Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you can of course return it to us within twenty eight days (in original condition & packaging please) for a full refund.
